Performed carburetor overhauls of all outboard and inboard engines; interior refurbishes; boat detailing; gel coat and fiberglass repair of boats, wave runners.
Handled boat re-rigging and rigging of new boats; mounting of outboard motors and all steering and electrical components.
Performed motorcycle and ATV repairs; all warehousing duties; and maintenance on all shop equipment.
Initiated and completed all assessments of boats for trade in values, and fiberglass repair estimates.
Set up boats for all major boat shows.
Primary responsibilities were troubleshooting and conducting repairs/rebuilds on power train components, such as Marine Transmissions, Electronic Controls, Power shift Transmissions, Torque Converters, etc

Demonstrated the ability to read and interpret symbols, blue prints, layout sheets, diagrams, schematics, technical orders, and manufacturer’s specifications.
Analyzing and establishing degree of repairs necessary on engines, transmission and other boating systems.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
